摘要
采用β-环糊精法包埋姜油树脂,对其工艺参数进行了进一步的研究,并对产品进行了检测。结果表明,采用β-环糊精包埋法生产粉末状姜油树脂的产品包埋可达97.21%,且最终产品的溶解性和稳定性较好。
The technological process of ginger oleoresin microencapsulated with β -CD were studied and the products were analyzed. The results showed that: the technology of microencapsulating ginger oleoresin with β -CD is practical. The retention ratios can be improved to 97.21% by modifying the conditions and the resolvability and stability of products are better.
