摘要
目的:为解决采用微波加热回流进行实验时微波泄漏对人体危害的问题,并实现远距离自动操作。方法:应用自动化PID技术对装置进行改造,并进行改造效果验证的实验。结果:实验重复性好,偏差很小。结论:对装置进行的改造达到了预期的目的。该改造技术具有一定理论和实践价值。
Objective： To solve the problem of the harm of microwave leak when doing microwave circumfluence experiment and carry out the automation in far distance, Methods： Applying PID to reconstruct equipment and validating the effect .Results： The repetition of experiment is good and warp is small. Conclusion： The anticipative aim of the reconstruction is obtained. The technology can be used in food and medication industry
