摘要
探讨制备高脱乙酰度和大平均分子量壳聚糖最佳工艺,即以碱液浓度梯度(15%~25%),在85℃温度下,采用间歇式(3h—1h-4h)反应,得到壳聚糖脱乙酰度为94%、粘度为215MPa.s.并对实验莹陕速、准确测定脱乙酰度方法,进行探索和比较,确定恒pH值法较为理想的测定方法。
In this paper the chitosan with high deacetylation degree and high average molecular weight was prepared. The optimum conditions were as follows: concentration gradient of NaOH is 15%-25%, temperature is 85℃, and the intermittent time is 3h-1h-4h. The deacetylation degree of chitosan is 94% and the viscosity of chitosan is 215MPa.s. Compared with quick and precise determination measures ofdeacetylation degree, the best measure method is constant pH method.
