Construction organization and management for round-the-city pipelines in Tunisia

本文报道了管道局第三工程公司在突尼斯环城管线的施工管理经验，从管理目标、施工组织和现场管理方面进行了介绍。该项工程的工期、质量均达到了业主的要求。施工中的一些做法可供国内管道工程施工管理借鉴。

This paper reports the construction and management experience of Tunisian round-the-city pipeline project which was constructed by the Third Engineering Company of the Pipeline Bureau, including management targets, construction organization and in-site management. The project was completed on time and the project quality has met the proprietor's requirements. The experience and some practical measures could be used for reference in other domestic pipeline projects.
