我国实施中部崛起战略具有充分的理论依据和扎实的现实基础,中部崛起既面临千载难逢的机遇同时又面临许多严峻的挑战。应当明确中部崛起的战略目标和战略思路,实施差异化的省域发展战略,推进中部地区各省互动崛起;实施重点带动战略,发挥中心城市、城市群、经济带的带动作用,走多中心发展之路;实施经济集群化发展战略,提升产业竞争优势;实施“开放带动”战略,推进东融西进,拓展中部地区的国际国内发展空间。
