摘要
以金刚石铣刀精密铣削铝合金为研究对象,在VICTOR Vcenter-65加工中心上进行了精密铣削工件表面温度的测量.通过对测量数据处理分析,得到了铣削工件表面的温度经验模型.分析结果表明:在精密铣削中,工件表面的温度与背吃刀量、铣刀转速以及进给速度有关;背吃刀量对温度影响最大,铣刀转速次之,进给速度影响最小.
Taking the fine milling aluminum alloy by the diamond milling cutter as the research object,the experiment of real-checking processed surface' temperature of fine milling has been carried out in the machining center of VICTOR Vcenter-65.By processing the experiment data,the experienced temperature model of processed surface after milling has already been set up.As the result,the temperature of processed surface in fine milling is closely associated with the milling depth,milling speed and advancing speed.The effect of milling depth is the biggest,next is milling speed,and the minimal is advancing speed.
