基于高校学报编辑部构建编辑学研究室的必要性

Necessity of establishing an editorial research program based on the editorial staff of university journals

结合当前高校学报“重编辑事务,轻编辑理论研究”、“提倡编辑学研究,但缺乏积极主动”等研究现状,以促进编辑学理论建设为基本出发点,增强编辑人的责任感和使命感;以提升编辑素质和学报质量为基本目的,大兴研究之风,使编辑人员不只做“编辑匠”,而要加强研究和学习,向编辑学家努力;以使学报编辑部不仅要成为传播科学文化成果的输出地,而且要成为编辑工作和编辑学理论的研究基地和实验基地为建设目标,最终实现为编辑群落“建造一座思想殿堂、营造一道文化风景、构筑一座精神丰碑”的编辑人的美好愿望和精神境界;从构建编辑学研究室有利于实现变“被动研究”为“主动研究”,变“零散个人随机性研究”为“集中团体目标性研究”,变“可有可无非任务性研究”为“职责所在强化性研究”,以及有利于学术交流和人才培养的角度,论证了依托学报编辑部构建编辑学研究室的必要性问题;提出了在高校范围,建立并推广依托学报编辑部建立编辑学研究室,“一套人马,两块牌子”责任机制的政策性建议.

Based on the status quo of university journals such as 'attaching importance to editing affairs while neglecting the research about editorial theories,and advocating the research about editing theories while lacking initiative',this paper demonstrates the necessity of establishing editorial research program based on the editorial staff of university journals.The authors suggest that a university should accelerate the establishment of editorial research program so as to strengthen the responsibility sense of editors,improve the abilities of editors and the qualities of university journals,stimulate editing staff to equip themselves with editing theories and work hard for becoming editing scholars,make the editorial office not only become the output place of promulgating the fruits of science and culture but also the research base of editing theories and ultimately to realize the editors' nice wish and spirit scope,build a palace thought,a cultural scenery and a spiritual monument for the editor community.Establishing an editorial research program based on the editorial office of a university journal is in favour of transferring from passive research to initiative research,of transferring from dispersed personal and stochastic research to centralized team and objective research,of transferring from unnecessary research to compulsory research and is helpful in academic communication and talented person's cultivation.This paper also gives a policy suggestion that higher academies build and extend such responsibility mechanism as one staff with two functions relying on constructing editing studies labs in newsrooms.
