摘要
油、气、水三相介质在一定的离心加速度下同时旋流,对小油珠有很好的聚结作用,可获得较好的油、水分离效果。这种聚结工艺比较简单,无需任何聚结材料,也不存在堵塞问题。重点叙述了旋流聚结的原理:分散在水中大小不一的油珠在旋流过程中产生碰撞,而碰撞是聚结的前提。最后介绍了旋流聚结的工业试验情况。
It has good effect to the coalescence fot small oildrops that oil,gas water three phhse mediums un der definite acceleration make cyclone at the same time. It can obtain better result in oil-water separa tion. For this kinds of coalescence, technology is comparatively simple, it is needless to coalescence material and there is no block up problem exist.This article emphatically shows the principle of c clope coalescence, that is, oil droplets in various size in water in the course of .coalescence produce collision,and collision is the prerequisite of coales cence. Finally the article introduces the industrial test state of the cyclone coalescence.
