摘要 提出了在SIS平台上开发火电厂辅助设备在线评价系统的研究方案.采用SIS系统的实时数据库的生产实时数据在线拟和各辅助设备的特性曲线,综合考虑加热器、风机、水泵、凝汽器等辅助设备在火电厂热力系统中的重要性,评价设备的运行状态,用以指导机组运行和设备检修.同时,设备状态评价的结果送电厂负荷优化分配模块,结合各设备的权重,得出机组辅助设备的综合状态,对整个电厂机组负荷进行最佳配置,以适应电力市场的需求. This paper puts forward research online appraisal of the auxiliary equipment of thermal power plant based on SIS platform. Adopting the production real-time data base on SIS system, we can gain characteristic curve of every auxiliary equipment. Considering the essentiality of heater, air blower , water pump and other auxiliary equipment synthetically, we can use it to appraise operation state of equipment , guidance unit operation and equipment overhaul. At the same time, the result of equipment state appraisal is handed over to the model of load optimization distribution. Considering the weightiness of every apparatus, the comprehensive state of the auxiliary equipment of aircrew is obtained, the whole aircrew' s load of power plant online is assigned and the economic benefits of the whole power plant are improved.
