摘要
本文作者介绍了陶瓷过滤器的类型、特点及净化机理,并将A356铝合金在20ppi泡沫陶瓷过滤净化器上进行试验,对实验结果进行了性能分析,归纳出20ppi泡沫陶瓷过滤净化器主要的优缺点。该种过滤器对铝熔体浇注具有重要的现实意义。
An experiment was conducted on A356 molten aluminum based on the filtration model of 20ppi CFF(Ceramic Foam Filter) using the analysis of the aluminum melting model and its mechanism.The results obtained from the experiment were analyzed,and the main advantages and disadvantages of this model were discussed.This model is of benefit to the casting of molten aluminum.
