川崎病血浆检测vWF的临床意义

The Clinical Meaning for the Checking on Plasma vWF in Kawasaki Disease

目的探讨川崎病患儿血浆中血管性血友病因子(vWF)的临床变化及意义。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法测定川崎病患儿组与对照组治疗前vWF的含量,并在治疗后2周复检vWF值,与对照组作比较。结果川崎病组vWF的含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗后检测vWF值,与对照组比较,也有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论川崎病患儿存在血管内皮细胞明显受损。

Objective To observe the variety and meaning in Kawasaki disease on plasma vWF .Methodes plasma vWF in Kawasaki disease and controls were detected using enzyme-linked imunosorbent assay before treatment, and the results was detected reply after two weeks, comparatively to controls. Results The levels of Kawasaki disease plasma vWF were significantly higher than controls, （P〈0. 01）,and also after treatment（P〈0.01）.conclution The patient in kawasaki disease have obvious injury in vascular endothelium.
