浅说辨、证、论、病、治

Analysis on distinguishing, Verifying, Syndrom, Disease and Curing.

笔者从字义、古今医理对辨、证、论、病、治，五个中医学中有关疾病的概念进行了论述。以物质决定意识，中医学是人体客观事实的反应为基点，按照疾病的发生、发展、转归为程序，阐述了五个概念的现实意义。重点阐述了症、征、候、证候、证、病、治等相关概念的范围、物质基础、相互关系。既发掘了古人的指向，又提出了一系列创新、独特的见解。使对疾病从认识观象到判断病理实质，到得出疾病结论，到作出治疗布署，形成一条层次清晰、程序连贯、处理务实的系统。

The author disserts the notions of distinguishing, verifying, reasoning, disease and curing in traditional Chinese medicine from meaning and medical knowledge of ancient and nowadays. Consciousness depends on substance. Traditional Chinese medicine, based on objective and true responses of human body , expatiates the practical meaning of notions according to diseases, happening, development, and lapsing to. It mainly disserts the scope, material basis and correlations of illness, sign, season, symptom, syndrom, disease, curing. And it not only exhumes ancient＇s aims, but also proposes a series of unique views. From knowing phenomena to judging the essence of pathology, to get the conclusion of disease, to deploying the curing methods, it forms a system with clarity hierarchy, linked - up process and practical management.
