摘要
目的探讨对老年病人进行压疮预防、治疗和护理，并分析老年病人褥疮发生原因。方法对9例老年压疮病人进行换药治疗和手术处理。结果9例均获治愈，其中换药治愈平均40-45（42．5±2．5）d手术治愈时间平均21～25（23±2）d。结论在护理老年卧床病人时尤其应注意减少各种有害因素，预防压疮的发生。护理人员应特别注意协助家属做好预防措施，局部处理和全身护理。
Objective To study the prevent and treatment of bedsore in older patient , discuss the cause of it , Methods 9 older bedsore patients were treated with operation or change of dressing. Results All 9 cases were cured, the average time of patient treated with change of dressing is 40 -45（42. 5 ±2.5 ）days. To the operation group, it is 21 - 25（23 ±2）days. Conclusion When nursing older sickbed patients it should pay more attention to decrease adverse facters to prevent the happening of bedsore, Nurses should help their dependents do the prevent methods , local treatment and general care.
