摘要 不能管输天然气包括低产气井天然气和油田被空天然气,它们因气量小、就地无用户和远离输气系统等原因长期未得到开发利用,不仅造成资源的极大浪费,而且严重污染了油田地区的空气。本文针对不能管输天然气的气质特点,提出了采用固体脱硫剂(SDA)、变压吸附(ISA)、轻烃回收、吸附天然气(ANG)和天然气汽车(NGV)技术开发利用不能管输天然气的初步可行方案。通过分析、评价和对比,认为研制一套移动式天然气净化、轻烃回收和天然气贮运装置,将不能管输天然气就地进行净化、轻烃回收和吸附贮存,可得到ANG、液化石油气(LPG)和轻油三种产品。ANG可作为家用燃料和汽车燃料,尤其作为汽车燃料,具有巨大的社会经济效益和环保效益。 Non-pipeline gas includes natural Sas from stripper, wells and blow--down gascharactored by smallgss flow,no user on the spot and long distance from gab transmisSion Systms thus left it undevelope and unutilized over along Period of time. This extremely wedes the resources and seriously Polluted the air in oil field areas. In accordance withthe property of non-pipeline gas, this Paper puts forward a preliminary feasible acheme for development and utilhation ofnon-pipeline gas by the techniques of solid desuirurizing asent(SDA),pressure swing edsorption(PSA), laest hydrocarbonrecovery adsorbed natural gas (ANG) and natural gas vehicle(NGV). On the basis of technical analysis,evaluation andcomparison,it is conSidered that a complete Set of potable unit for natural po Purification, light hydrOCarbon recovery,aswell as storage and transportation can be applied to treat non-pipeline acs on the spot, and the products of ANG, liquefiedPetroleum gas(LPG) and last oil may be obtained. The ANG can be used as domestic fuel and automobile fail, with goodsocial, economic and environmental protection benefitS, especially for using as automobile fuel.
