摘要 换热流程不合理,原油换热终温低,冷热公用工程用量大,设备费用高是当前中小型常减压装置换热过程的主要问题。本文介绍将窄点技术用于常减压换热网络的扩建优化设计。该设计体现按质用能的原则,将原油换热终温由一般中小装置的245℃[1]左右提高至309℃,设计充分利用原有换热设备,极大地减少了扩建改造的设备投资,并对原换热网络进行剖析,指出其跨窄点换热的不足之处。 Irrational heat exchanging system arrangement, low crude end temperature,high energy consumption ofcooling and heating polities and high cost of equipments are the main problems in the heat exchanging network of middle orsmall scale atmospheric-vacuum distillstion unit. The application of Pinch point technique in optimized extension design ofthe heat exchanging network of atmospheric-vacuum distillation is introduced in this Paper. The design reflects the principleof using energy according to different materds by raising the crude end temperatUre froal 245℃ to 309℃ in middle orsmall scale units. The deign makes full utilize of the old heat exchanging equipments,thus greatly reduced the cost of ex-tension and reform. The old hial exchanging network is alto analyst, and the Shortcoming of leaping over pinch point ispointed out.
