摘要
针对四川气田为含H2S、CO2、高矿化度盐水的酸性气田的特点,研制出了CT2-4水溶性有机成膜型油气井缓蚀剂。室内及现场试验结果表明,CT2-4缓蚀剂的制备技术路线合理,生产工艺可行,产品质量稳定可靠,可以有效地抑制或缓解高浓度H2S、CO2、Cl-引起的电化学腐蚀和应力腐蚀,具有十分显著的水相较蚀效果和较好的气相缓蚀作用。在南海西部石油公司W103-C和W114油田及川中矿区的现场试验及应用中收到了较好效果。
Aimed at the distinguishing features of H2S and CO2 containing and high salinity of for mation waterfrom Sichuan oil and gas fields,a water soluble organic filming type oil and gas well corrosion inhibit or CT2-4 has beendeveloped. The result of laboratory and field tests show that the technological route to prepare the inhibitor CT2-4 is rational,the process of production is practicable,the quality of the product is stable and reliable,and it may effeCtively inhibitand record the electrochemical corrosion and Stress corrosion caused by high concentration H2S,CO2 or Cl-. It has a verydistinct water Phase corrosion inhibiting effect while that in gas phsse is moderate. Application in Nanhai west oil companyW103-C and W114 field and Chuanzhong field get better result.
