摘要
采用失重法和电化学方法对碳钢在磷酸溶液中腐蚀行为及喷啉季铵盐等在磷酸中的缓蚀作用进行试验。结果表明,碳钢在磷酸中的腐蚀速率随磷酸浓度增大而增加,但在磷酸浓度大于40%以上,碳钢腐蚀速率则随磷酸浓度增大而变化缓慢。喹啉季铵盐是较好的磷酸缓蚀剂,它与碘化物有协同作用。文中还讨论了缓蚀剂的作用机理。
Experiments were made with weight-loss and electrwhemical methods on the corrodon behavior of carbon steel in phosphoric acid solution and the corrosion inhibiting function of quaternary ammonium salt of quinoline inphosphoric acid. The results showed that the corrosion rate of carbon steel in H3PO4 SOlution, increased with the increase ofthe concentration of phosphoric acid up to 40%,after which further increase in H3PO4 concentration resulted much slowchange in corrosion rate of carbon steel. The quaternary ammonium salt of quinoline is a better corrosion inhibitor, whichPerformed Synergistic effect with iodides. The inhibiting mechanism of corrosion inhibitor was also discussed.
