阴道B超对早期诊断异位妊娠的分析

目的探讨早期异位妊娠的超声诊断价值。方法对该院2000年3月～2004年12月临床及腹部B超疑诊异位妊娠83例进行经阴道B超检查的资料进行回顾分析。结果83例中阴道B超诊断异位妊娠54例,非异位妊娠29例。最后确诊异位妊娠52例,非异位妊娠31例。阴道B超诊断异位妊娠准确率96.3%,假阳性8例占14.8%,假阴性2例占6.9%。结论阴道B超检查较腹部检查准确性高。诊断早期异位妊娠若能将B型超声与β―HCG测定相配合,对确诊帮助很大。

Objective To explore the value of vaginal ultrasonography in ectopic pregnancy diagnosis. Methods Materials about doultful diagnosis for 83 examples of ectopic pregnancy which were diagnosed by clinical symptom and abdominal ultrasonography in the hospital during March, 2000 to December ,2004 were reviewed and analyzed. Results In 83 examples vaginal ultrasonography diagnosed ectopic preg- nancy 54 examples, non-entopic pregnancy 29 examples. Finally diagnosed the entopic pregnancy 52 examples, non-entopic 31 examples. The rate of accuracy that Vaginal ultrasonography diagnosed ectopic pregnancy was 96.3%. The fals masculine 8 examples accounted for 14.8%, and the false negative 2 examples accounted for 6.9%.Conclusion The vaginal ultrasonography inspection compares the abdomen inspedtion accuracy to be high. The early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy if can be supersonic with the β-HCG determination union, which may enhance the rate of accuracy in the early ectopic pregnancy diagnosis.
