彩超在闭合性肌腱损伤诊断中的应用

The Application of Ultrasonography for the Diagnosis of Closed Tendinous Injury

目的探讨彩超在闭合性肌腱损伤诊断中的应用。方法对63例肌腱损伤患者术前、术后应用高频超声探头作彩超检查,对比检查结果与术中探查情况。结果63例患者术中探查均与彩超报告相符,彩超检查诊断准确率达100%。结论彩超检查在闭合性肌腱损伤诊断中,具有准确率高、简便、迅速等特点,是肌腱疾病诊断的有效方法,对闭合性肌腱损伤的治疗有很好的指导意义。

Objective To evaluate the value of the application of ultrasonography for the diagnosis of closed tendinous injury, gethods 63 cases with closed tendinous injury were examed, and the uotrasonographic diagnosis were compared with that of the operative exploration. Results The ultrasonographic diagnosis of 63 cases with closed tendinous injury was fully accord with the exploration of operation, Conclusions Ultrasonography is the useful choice for cases with closed tendinous injury.
