Research on Image Edge Detection Based on Fuzzy Set Enhancement

对图像处理时的边缘检测算法作了分析和研究,介绍了基于模糊增强的图像边缘检测算法,详细研究了单层次模糊增强和多层次模糊增强的算法,并结合实验说明,该智能图像处理方法不仅能够明显的增强图像,而且可以检测到良好的图像边缘.最后,展望了这一新的研究应用领域的发展前景.

This paper makes a deeply research of algorithms for edge detection in image processing. A new type of image edge detection algorithms is designed by using fuzzy set knowledge. The paper not only analysis single scale edge detection algorithm, but also research multi scale edge detection algorithm. Experimental results show that this new intelligent image processing method increases much, and the image is remarkably enhanced and the boundaries of a region of image keep unchanged in shape. The method is applicable to images edge detection to get the basic features of an image.
