董必武法学思想在当代中国的现实意义

Dong Bi-wu' s Law Thought

董必武是中国共产党的创始人之一,也是著名的无产阶级革命家和知名的法学巨匠,一生著述颇丰。他系统地揭示了没有法国家就不能成为一个国家的普遍真理;明确了党与国家法律的关系,强调党必须在宪法和法律范围内活动的重要原则;他最先在党内提出了依法治国的理念,指出依法办事是加强人民民主法制的中心环节。董必武法学思想在当代中国仍然具有重要的现实意义。

Dong Bi-wu was one of the founder members of the Chinese Communist Party. He was also a famous proletarait revolutionary and a well known law master. He had many works on law. In his works, he emphasized the truth that a country would not be a country without its own law, and the principle that the party must obey the constitution and the law. He was the first person in the CCP who put forward the principle of ruling the country according to law,the core to strengthen the legal system of the people＇ s democracy. Dong＇ s law thought still has practical and immediate significance for today＇ s China.
