摘要
总结了降滤失剂的主要作用机理。探讨了丙烯类共聚物和CMC类降滤失剂作用机理和改进原理。通过引入羧酸钙盐并与大分子钙盐复配改进了HPAN类,研制出新型降滤失剂S-1。对CMC类进行了氰乙基化改性。实验结果表明,S-1具有较好的降滤失效果,S-1及改性CMC的耐温性、耐盐和耐Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)能力均得到了提高。证实了降滤失剂作用机理的研究结论是确实可信的。
The ways of improving fluid loss control capacity are researched on the basis of function mechanism of filtration reducer. Modifying HPAN , hy-drolyzed polyacrylnitrile using calcium carboxylic groups in combination with large macromolecule calcium salt filtrate reducer, and CMC using cyan-ethyl-ization are presented. Tests indicate that S-1 developed possesses the advantage of fluid loss control capacity and good temperature tolerance, salt tolerance (above 10%), Ca2- and Mg2- tolerance (above 6000mg/l). For modified CMC, tolerance is over 2000 mg/l.
