接骨草染色体核型分析

Karyotype analysis of sambucus williamsi hance

以接骨草为实验材料,按常规制片方法,观察中期分裂相并进行显微摄影。染色体类型按Levan方法分类,其核型为k(2n)=34=18m+16 sm。根据Sebb ins的染色体核型的不对称类型,接骨草染色体属于“2B”型。

Sambucus Williamsi Hance is taken as experimental matertial and its chromosome is observed by routine root tip mothed. The results shows that the chromosome number of Sambucus Williamsi Hance is 2n =34 and the karyotype is k（2n） = 18m ＋ 16sin by Levan＇s crierion for chromosome karyotype . According to the classification systems given by Stebbins, It belongs to ＂2B＂ type of karyotype symmetry.
