摘要
企业激励的成本与收益是并存的,企业将激励做到何种程度取决于其成本与收益的均衡,从经济学角度去分析企业激励的成本与收益,可以得出企业激励的绩效大小不在于是否采用了激励,或为激励员工而投入多少资本,或能获得多少收益等绝对指标,而在于企业采用激励所带来的收益与其成本的相对比率。
Enterprise motivation can make enterprises profit, but it has cost. The extent enterprises plan to motivate the employees depends on weighting the cost and return of motivation. Analysing the cost and return of motivation from the angle of economics, it shows how is the performance of motivation don't rely on the following absolute index, like whether the enterprises make use of motivation, or how much is the cost of motivation, or the probable return the motivation can bring, but on the relative index of the cost and return of motivation.
