马克思主义经济学与新制度经济学企业理论之比较研究——以马克思和科斯的企业理论为考察基点

Marx and Coase: A Comparative Study of the Two Firm Theories

从企业的起源、性质、契约和规模四个维度对马克思与科斯的企业理论进行比较分析,可以得出三点重要结论:其一,无论是从历史和逻辑的角度,还是从现实性上看,马克思的企业理论都是科斯的企业理论难以超越的;其二,从内容上来看,马克思的企业理论要比科斯的企业理论涉及面更广;其三,从理论间的关联性上看,两种企业理论既存在许多差异,又具有某些共性,具有互补性。我们必须以批判、继承和创新的眼光来看待马克思的企业理论,与此同时,吸收、借鉴和消化科斯企业理论的合理成分。

This paper gives a comparative analysis of the finn theories of Marx and Coase from the following four aspects of firms： the origins, the properties, the contracts, the sizes. Through the analysis, it comes to three important conclusions：firstly, Marx＇s finn theory goes far beyond Coase＇s both from a historical and logical view and from a practical view; secondly, Marx＇s theory has a wider range of contents than Coase＇s; thirdly, in view of the connection of the two theories, there are beth discrepancies and commonness between them, and there exists complementarity. We should look on Marx＇s finn theory in a critical, inheriting, and innovative view, and at the same time, absorb, use for reference, and digest the reasonable elements in Coase＇s theory.
