摘要
陕甘宁盆地碳酸盐岩储层具有低压、低渗、非均质性强等特点,酸化改造是天然气勘探、开发中一个必不可少的重要技术环节,亦是试气完井中的一项必备的工艺。文章介绍了长庆石油勘探局五年来针对该类储层酸化压裂工作所开展的室内研究和现场实践,阐述了三大酸化压裂工艺技术(低粘度酸压、稠化酸酸压、多级注入酸-闭合酸化)各自的技术特点、应用模式和应用效果,对该地区碳酸盐岩储层酸化压裂工作作了全面深入的总结:认为在地质分析和室内实验的基础上,通过酸化模拟计算和现场资料分析所建立的陕甘宁盆地酸化工艺模式和与之相适应的四项配套技术(负压射孔与预处理技术、塑料球选压技术、排液技术、质量控制技术与监测技术)是行之有效的。
The carbonate reservoir in Shanganning Basin has the characteristics of low pressure,low permeability and heterogeneity, under these conditions.acidizing is not only an important technique in natural gas exploration and development, but also a necessary process in gas production test and well completion. In this paper, the laboratory research and field practice of acid fracturing in this kind of reservoir in Changqing in recent 5 years,and the technique characteristics,application mode and effects of 3 kinds of acid fracturing process(low viscosity acid fracturing, viscous acid fracturing, multistage injected acid-closed acid fracturing)are introduced. hased on the geological analysis and laboratory experiments, a new acidizing technique mode and it's four adaptive techniques (UnLlerl3alance lierforating and IJretreatment.selective press of plastic ball, fluid discharge,quality control and monitoring)are built through acidizing simulation calculation and field data analysis.
