摘要
以葡萄糖、一氯乙酸和磺化剂为原料研制了油井水泥分散缓凝剂 GA 1 ,并提供了合成方法。借助红外光谱分析测定了它的结构 ,评价了它对油井水泥浆性能的影响。结果表明 ,GA 1加量少 ,耐温性好 ,具有较好分散性 。
Oilwell cement dispersing and solidification retarding agent GA1 was prepared by glucose, chloroacetic acid,sodium hydroxide and sulfonating agent.The synthetic method of GA1 was presented. The structure of GA1 is identified by IR. The effect of GA1 on the propertis of oilwell cement is evaluated.The experimental result showed that GA1 has low dosage,thermol stability,and excellent effects of dispersing and solidification retarding .
