摘要 以烷基酚 ,甲醛及脂肪醇为原料 ,氢氧化钾为催化剂 ,在 1 1 0~ 1 50℃ ,0 .5MPa条件下与 EO、PO分别合成了 AR和 SP破乳剂。采用瓶试方法其复配物 SH 88破乳剂对聚合物 /碱复合驱采出液脱水率达到80 %。 Synthesis of AR and SP demulsifier were synthetized by copolymerized akylphenol, formaldehyde and fatty alcohol with ethylene oxide and proplyleneoxide in the presence of potassium hydroxide. the reactions were carried out at temperatures from 110℃ to 150℃ and pressure of 0.5MPa.The dehydrationrate of the multiple demulsifier SH88 is 80 percentage by volume in the bottle test procedure that the demulsifier is used for treating produced fluid bypolymer/caustic floods.
