New Conception on Communication Study: Impact of Information Stability on Social order

信息在社会中的合理流动,已成为维持社会稳定的一个重要因素。信息稳定不仅包括信息流量的稳定,同时还包含信息结构的稳定和信息内容的稳定。信息稳定界定是指在一定的社会历史条件下,信息适时、适量地在社会中以科学的结构和真实的内容进行合理的流动,并与整个社会信息的需求相协调,信息的流动与整个社会和谐发展。

This article attempts to explain the cause affecting social order with the concept of information stability. It conveys the information of a certain social and historical condition timely and appropriately with scientific structure and real content in the whole society, and defines the concept of information stability with the coordination of information needs of the whole community. The information stability affects the social order mainly through the content, structure and rate of flow of information. Moreover ,the unstable ＂of these three aspects may trigger the excessive political involvement, and make the society participation out of control on one hand, on the other hand, it may also result in the stress of social relationship and the intensification of social contradictions.
