高校组织人事部门在高校人才队伍建设中担当着重要的职责,是高校人才队伍建设成败的关键。高校组织人事部门要担当起这个职责,必须精通业务,善于从人才工作的战略高度去思考问题;必须既使人才工作制度化,规范化,又能坚持实事求是的思想路线,大胆探索创新;必须学会做人的工作,努力营造人才成长的良好环境。而要真正担当起这一职责和任务,高校组织人事部门就必须是一支思想政治素质过硬,业务知识精良的管理干部队伍。

The personnel department plays an important role in talent building at colleges and universities. To assume their duty they must master their profession, systematize work of talent, create a good environment for the growth of talent, have good quality of politics and excellent professional skills.
