摘要
以高级脂肪醇为原料 ,经硫酸化后生成硫酸半酯 ,然后与多乙烯多胺反应 ,合成了五种单长链烷基多乙烯多胺类阳离子表面活性剂。考察了投料比、反应时间等因素对产率的影响 ,得出了最佳反应条件 ,即醇∶氯磺酸∶多乙稀多胺 =1∶ 1∶ 4 ( mol) ,最佳反应时间为 1 0 h。在该条件下 ,单烷基多乙烯多胺的产率可达 80 %左右。
Five mono longchain alkyl polyethylenepolyamine cationic surfactants were prepared by first of all reaction of higher fatty alcohol first with chlorosulfonic acid (or H 2SO 4) then with polyethylenepolyamine. The influences of molar ratio of raw material,reaction time etc. on the yields of products were also investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were gained,that is, alconhol∶acid∶amine=1∶1∶4(mol), the time was 10 hours. On the above conditions,the yields of alkyl polyethylenepolyamines were about 80%.
