摘要
公共管理的教育目的在于提高学生的实践能力和专业水平,而这种能力是综合性的。在公共管理教学中,应针对该课程的特点和规律,研究改进教学法,加强实践环节,采取科学的、灵活多样的教学方法,使公共管理教学既注意发挥教师的主导作用,又注意发挥学生的能动作用。
The educational aim of public management lies in enhancing the ability of students in the aspects of practice and professional level, however, this kind of ability is synthetic. In the course of public management, in terms of the characteristics and laws of this course, the teaching techniques should be studied, practice should be strengthened, and scientific and all sorts of teaching techniques should be applied, in which the teacher should exert his direct function and students should play initiative roles.
