高师美术教育的培养目标必须根据市场需求重新定位,课程计划与学科建设要重新建构,学科建设和课程改革应从单一向综合方向发展,尽量满足学生的生存需要和成功需要,弥补高师美术教育先天性的缺失,培养能适应现代社会需要的有专业理想又能适应市场需要的综合型人才。

In order to adapt to the modern commercial society, the target of the college art education must go to a new orientation according to the needs of the market as the following： the reconstruction of the curriculum and the course construction; the integrated development of the course construction and reform; the parallel development between the professional knowledge teaching and self-culture and social practice; the combination of the pure art education and economical market; the transfer of teaching idea and the determination of reform and creativity. This article discusses how to foster the needs of the students＇ survival and success, by providing creative training remedied the maladjustment of college art education, so as to exert the students＇ characteristic and abilities and make them become all-around talents.
