PREPARATION AND USAGE OF WASHING BOTTLE AGENT FOR CARBONIC ACID DRINK′S BOTTLE

碳酸饮料瓶洗瓶剂目前尚无国家标准 ,为满足灌装前的清洗质量要求 ,以及清洗大量回收饮料瓶的需要 ,用高温碱性溶液 ,配以润湿性能好 ,对碱稳定可生物降解、无泡的非离子表面活性剂 ,并添加洗涤助剂 ,螯合剂、防结块剂 ,经直接冷拌混合复配而成一种洗瓶剂 ,经不同厂家试用后 ,各项指标均达到了满意效果 ,同时满足了机械化清洗的工艺条件。

Up to now, the washing bottle agent of carbonic acid drink′s bottle dose not have its national standard. In order to meet the require of washing quality for carbonic acid drink′s bottle before loading and the need of rinse retrieve drink bottles, a washing bottle agent was prepared by a high temperature alkaline solution mixed with nonion surfactant (with goad wetting property, biological dergrada bility, alkali stability, non foam) and added washing auxiliaries, chelating agent and anticaking agent in direct cold mixing. The various target of the washing bottle agent achieved satisfactory effects after test by some different factories. At the same time it meet the need of technological requirements for mechanized washing.
