摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定咽宁含片中没食子酸含量的方法。方法采用Agilent ZorbaxSB-C18(4.6×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;以甲醇-水-冰乙酸(18∶81∶1)为流动相;流速为0.8ml.min-1;检测波长272nm,柱温35℃。结果没食子酸的浓度线性范围0.114μg^0.57μg,r=0.99997,平均回收率为99.09%,RSD=2.30%。结论该方法简便灵敏,结果准确,可用于咽宁含片制剂的含量测定。
Objective：To establish a RP-HPLC method to determine the conten of gallic acid in Yanning buccal tablets. Method： The column of Agilent orbax SB-C18（4. 6 × 250mm, 5μm）was used. The mobile phase was composed of methanol- water-acetic acid（18 ： 81 ： 1）. The flow rate was 0. 8ml ·min^-1 ,with UV detection at 272nm. Results： The linear range of gallic acid was 0. 114μg～0. 57μg,r=0. 99997. The average recovery was 99. 09% and the RSD was 2. 30%. Conclusion：The method is simple, sensitive and accurate and can be used for the determination of Yanning buccal tablets.
