产业集群组织间关系密集性的社会网络分析

Social Network Analysis on Denseness of Inter-organizational Networks in Industrial Clusters

产业集群中组织间关系的类型和性质是理解产业集群现象的重要基础。通过社会网络分析方法考察集群组织间关系网络的密集性质及其功能机制发现:(1)受到连接多样性、连接偏好和集群生命周期的影响,产业集群网络关系密集性呈不均匀分布,使得集群网络呈现出密集和稀疏相结合的结构特征;(2)集群组织间关系密集性具有资源配置优势,但同时使网络隐藏着潜在的风险,而稀疏网络具有资源获取优势和鲁棒性作用;(3)网络关系密集性和稀疏性的不断重构共同推动了集群的发展演化,此分析有助于提供更具针对性的网络治理对策。

Organizations in industrial clusters are interdependent, prompting an endogenous dynamic between organizational action and network structure that drives the mergence of inter-Organizational networks. And the purpose of this work is to develop a systematic understanding of denseness of inter-organizational networks in industrial clusters. The structure of denseness is explored in this paper. Influenced by linkage diversity, linkage preference and industrial clusters＇ life cycle, the denseness of inter-organizational relationship in industrial clusters presents an asymmetry distribution, showing mixed structural characteristics. On this basis, the functions of denseness are analyzed. It is found that： （1） resource integration effect occurs broadly in the dense networks, however, potential risks such as lock-in and fragility effect also exist in the dense networks; （2） the sparse networks have resource acquisition advantage and show robustness effect. In conclusion, the continuous reconstruction of the denseness and the sparseness promotes the evolution of the industrial clusters, and the study on that will make for providing pointed network governance policies.
