摘要
要提升基层巡逻民警队伍的基层基础工作效能,需要进一步明确巡逻民警队伍的任务、组建原则,在全面考量勤务特点的基础上,开展各有侧重、各显特色的指导工作,并通过规范巡逻警务工作机制予以保障。
In order to enhance the work effects of patrol police in grass roots, we must make clear the assignments and construction principles, develop the instructional work with own characteristics and particular emphases on the base of considering the policing characteristics roundly and ensure it through making the mechanism standardization.
