The crime of invading wealth has gravely impacted criminal investigation. Investigation departments has done their best against this crime, but they have not gained the good effects. Therefore, investigation departments should really think of the reasons, and transform traditional notions, develop investigation modes, enrich and innovate mechanism, methods and means of investigation against the crime of invading wealth.
