社会利益结构体系中的个体只有成为利益集团成员才能维持其社会、经济地位和保证其根本利益。从国际上看,农业利益集团在农业发达国家中都发挥着极其重要的作用,美、日、法等国农民通过组织利益集团成功弥补自身在人口数量和产业上的先天缺陷。农业利益集团对于改变中国农民的弱势地位,解决“三农”问题有重大的借鉴意义。

Only after he has become one of the members of an interest group can an individual secure his social and economic status in the society. Globally most of the countries with advanced industry have agricultural interest groups that have been playing an important role in the process of agricultural development. Farmers of the U.S. , Japan and France have benefited a lot from their agricultural interest groups. Furthermore, useful lessons of solving China＇ s issues concerning agriculture, coun- tryside and farmers are elicited.
