摘要
文章阐述建立教学质量保障体系的重要性,提出教学质量保障体系由教学质量保证系统、教学质量监控与评价系统、教学质量管理系统、教学辅助保证系统四个部分组成,并分别构建了每个子系统的基本框架。
Under the autonomy of departments, it is necessary to construct a guarantee system of teaching quality, which consists of four sub - systems ： the system of teaching quality assurance, of teaching quality monitoring and evaluating, of teaching quality management, and of teaching assistance guarantee. The frame of each sub- system has been clarified.
