This article introduced main content of educational reform of implementation on undergraduate graduation thesis, and systematically summarized the practice effect which produces to this reform research. It strengthened understanding on the importance of graduation thesis, developed specialized study and the development innovation research space on own initiative obtained to students; enhanced student＇s thought, the expression and the strain capacity and the graduation reply; enlarged the exchange of teachers and students in ＂teaching and studying＂. Students obtained the strengthening in the specialized practice skill and in the social investigation ability enhancement, and the quality monitoring system establishment and movement enable the graduation thesis have the system safeguard.
