摘要
在回顾20年来微机型继电保护测试装置发展历程的基础上,总结了国内外微机型继电保护测试装置的功能、技术特点及测试技术的现状,指出了现场继电保护调试中存在的一些问题,提出了将继电保护自动测试系统应用于现场保护调试的设想,并对继电保护测试信息系统及数字式测试系统进行了科学的预测.
Reviewing the development of the microcomputer-based protection tester of the past two decades, this paper summarizes the status quo and developing trends of the functions and characteristics of microcomputer-based protection testers and test technology, pointing out some problems existing in the testing practice, and suggesting that the Automatic Relay Test System (ARTS) can be used in the fieldwork. Finally, the paper presents some forecast concerning the protection test information system and the digital test system.
