摘要
复杂截面型材弯曲成形是制造业的一项技术难题.研究分析了低熔点合金在材料弯曲过程中的受力情况,利用低熔点合金所具有的特性,采用低熔点合金填充技术,在工艺上解决了复杂截面型材弯曲成形技术难题,且保证型材表面不遭受损伤.生产实践表明,应用该技术可提高型材弯曲的质量和效率,降低产品的制造成本.
The bending and modeling of the profiles with complicated sections are a difficult technology in manufacturing industry. After studying and analyzing the stress of low melting alloys (LMA) under the bending condition, the authors adopted the LMA filling method considering its features and succeeded in solving the difficult problem without any damage to the surface of profiles. It has been proved in production that the application of this technology can improve the quality and efficiency of the bending of profiles, and reduce the manufacturing cost as well.
