克班宁与大鼠血浆蛋白结合的初步研究

A Study on Integration between Crebanine and Plasma Proteins of Rats

目的:研究克班宁注射剂中克班宁在大鼠血浆中的蛋白结合率。方法:采用平衡透析法,以HPLC法测定克班宁大鼠血浆中的蛋白结合率。结果:浓度为1.0×10-2、2.5×10-3、1.25×10-3mg/ml的克班宁在大鼠血浆中的蛋白结合率分别为91.71%、95.62%、96.21%.结论:克班宁在大鼠血浆中的结合率较高。

To study the binding rate of Crebanine of Crebanine injection to plasma protein of rats. Methods Using the equilibrium dialysis and HPLC methods detection the binding rate of to plasma protein of rats. Results The binding rate of 1.0 × 10^-2, 2.5 × 10^-3, 1.25 × 10^-3 mg/mL concentration of Crebanine to plasma protein of rots is 91.71%, 95.62%, 96.21%. Conclusion： The binding rate of Crebanine to plasma proteins of rots is higher.
