摘要
本文采用金相、X 衍射和电子探针等方法,分析了水泥窑篦冷机活动篦板的磨损失效机理后发现,在篦冷机的服役工况条件下,活动篦板尖部的磨损是一种低应力磨料磨损.本文还分析了影响活动篦板耐磨性的因素以及提高耐磨性的途径.作者研制的新型耐热铸钢活动篦板具有较高的耐磨性,已在水泥厂取得了良好的应用效果。
This paper deals with the wear failure mechanism of movable gates in the cement kiln cooler by photographing,X-ray diffracting and electron,pro- be analyzing. It is found that the wear of movable gates' charpy is a kind of low stress abrasion under the working condition in the cooler.This paper analyzes factors influencing the abrasion resistance and methods of increasing it.Movable gates of new heat resistant east steels have higher abrasion resi- stance and have been found to have better use in cement mills.
