摘要 研究了不同掺量的矿渣、粉煤灰、沸石粉对硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆抗折、抗压强度、Cl-渗透性的影响;并通过XRD、SEM等方法对不同龄期的净浆水化产物进行分析。结果表明:在硫铝酸盐水泥浆体中,3种掺合料对强度贡献大小顺序为:矿渣>沸石>粉煤灰;浆体后期水化速度减慢,表现为后期强度增长不大;掺合料的加入可以增加结构致密性,提高抗Cl-渗透能力,3种掺合料作用效果为:矿渣>粉煤灰>沸石粉。 The influence of dosage of slag, fly ash and zeolite on the flexural and compressive strength and chloride permeability of sulphoaluminate cement has been investigated. And the methods of XRD and SEM are used in analyzing hydration products at different ages. Results show that the cement strength will be decreased when the blending materials are added to sulphoaluminate cement, with the highest strength of cement mixed slag and the lowest strength of cement mixed fly ash at the same dosage. The increasing speed of later strength is slow and the hydration apeed is decreased. The blending materials can make the structure of cement paste densely, and increase chloride permeability. The effect of slag is the best and the effect of zeolite is the worst.
