摘要
设计了新型干法水泥企业低温余热电站集散型控制系统。系统由监控层和过程拉制层并配以现场仪表和控制设备构成,可实现对两台锅炉和一台汽轮机—发电机组及其辅助设备的自动控制和集中监控。并针对余热锅炉采用常规方法难以控制的特点,提出了模糊PID控制策略,将所提出的控制策略应用于余热锅炉水位系统的控制,取得了令人满意的结果,说明了所提控制方案的有效性。
The structure and design essentials to the electric station by low - temperature surplus heat using of the distributed control system are introduced in this paper, The system is composed of a supervisory and control layer and a process control layer, The DCS can realize the supervising of technology process, automatic controlling of two boilers and a steam turbine - generator group with assist equipments. Considering that it is difficult to control the surplus boiler using the normal, we propose a control strategy of fuzzy PID control, This method presents an effective way in the control of water level of boiler drum.
