摘要
针对九江石油化工总厂炼油厂１５００ｔ／ａ硫磺回收装置的情况，分析了原料酸性气质量存在的问题及其危害性，并针对酸性气中的烃类含量、硫化氢浓度、含水量、二氧化碳及氨等杂质含量提出几点解决对策。通过这些措施的实施，基本保证了装置的平稳长周期运行，提高了硫磺产品的质量。
The quality problem of the feed acid gas of a 1500 t/a sulfur recovery unit in JiujiangGeneral Petrochemical Works was analyzed. Countermeasures were taken to solve the impurity problemsof the acid gas such as the hydrocarbon content, the concentration of hydrogen sulfide, water content aswell as the contents of carbon dioxide and ammonia. The quality of the sulfur product was improved and along cycle smooth operation has been realized.
