摘要
以ＺＳＭ－５沸石为例分析了欲获得分子筛产品专利并非一定要具有全新的组成与结构，只要能够与现有技术中所报道的分子筛的定义区别开来，而且在性能上比后者有优越之处即可。
The possibility of obtaining a product patent for zeolites from a patent point of viewthrough an example of ZSM-5 zeolite is discussed. It is not necessary for the patentability of a zeolite tomust possess an entirely new chemical composition and crystalline structure. An application connectedwith a zeolite may be granted if it can be distinguished from those defined in the prior arts and has superiorsubstantive features.
