Discussion on the problem of redundant labour force transfer during building new socialist countryside

全面建设小康社会最艰巨、最繁重的任务在农村.党的十六届五中全会提出建设社会主义新农村,把解决好“三农”问题作为全党工作的重中之重,实行工业反哺农业,城市支持农村,实现农村富余劳动力转移也是推进社会主义新农村建设的要求.

The biggest and most difficult task is in the countryside during the comprehensive construction of well-off society. It was proposed at the 5th plenary session of the 16th central committee of CPC that the main task is to solving the problems of agriculture, countryside and farmer. The strategies of industry assisting agriculture and urban areas helping rural areas should be carried out, and to transfer the redundant labor force in countryside is also a new requirement for accelerating the construction of new socialist countryside.
